Upon Blue Starlight
This piece offers something truly special;
a genuine, natural, blue star sapphire! There are many, many imitations of this stone, from glass to "lab grown". This piece is not an imitation and it is one that is highly sought, and rarely found especially in this quality and sharpness.
The moonlight casts a halo of flower blooms and starlight against the fluttering of bat wings. The furry warm wings waft enticements of night jasmine and the fragrance of cool dew forming on rose hips. Moonlight is not the bat's guide, but it is its witness. This furry bat with wings outstretched glides throughout unfurling fern fronds, his eyesight not what he uses as a guide but rather takes joy in the rare blue starlight.
Entirely handmade out of solid sterling silver. This piece rests on a 20" chain as shown above, which is included! It measures approximately 37mm (including bail) by 18mm at widest wingtip.
The last three pictures show the star that is held within the stone, under artificial light. In these pictures, there appears to be multiple stars however that is due to there being multiple light sources. You will see one star in sunlight, for example, and possibly multiple stars indoors depending on your light sources.
